I am so sorry that I entrusted her to this salon without going in with her and making sure that the stylist followed through on my daughter’s desires and wishes. It’s hard to forget when she has to look and deal with her hair all day every day. I feel so sad for her because $110 out of my wallet later, she is struggling with the outcome and there is absolutely nothing to do except wait a really really long time (years) for her to get back what was lost.
